Who Can Become A
CREDAI Member
CREDAI membership is open to all associations of real estate promoters, builders, and developers across the country, excluding government or quasi-government organizations. Additionally, individual developers and builders can join city-level or state-level developer associations and subsequently become part of CREDAI at the national level.
To be eligible for CREDAI membership, builders and developers should meet the following criteria:
- Have successfully completed at least one project in Hubli-Dharwad.
- Maintain a clean track record with no significant legal or ethical issues.
- Applicants from other cities can be considered for membership if they are already affiliated with another CREDAI chapter.
All membership applications undergo a thorough screening process, conducted by existing members who have a track record of three years or more, with no outstanding dues or ethical concerns.
