Established in 1999, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) stands tall as the preeminent authority for private real estate developers in India. With its national headquarters nestled in the vibrant heart of New Delhi, CREDAI boasts a robust membership base, encompassing over 20,000 dedicated members across 21 states and 220 city chapters nationwide.

At its core, CREDAI is a powerhouse of initiatives, particularly in shaping and influencing real estate policy at the central government level. Among its esteemed chapters, CREDAI Hubli Dharwad takes the lead as the torchbearer of the real estate sector in the Hubli Dharwad region. With an impressive roster of 66 dedicated and renowned builder members, CREDAI Hubli Dharwad has played a pivotal role in enhancing the authenticity and simplification of the real estate landscape.

CREDAI Hubli Dharwad is closely affiliated with the State Level Federation, CREDAI Karnataka, and the National Confederation, CREDAI National. Mission

We are committed to growing CREDAI's presence to reach 80% of urban areas and instilling transparency in all member developers through a common Code of Conduct. We try to fight for critical government reforms in land, tax, administrative, and fiscal policies, with the goal of increasing affordable housing and significantly contributing to the nation's GDP. Through Institutes of Excellence and Research, we aim to promote skill development at all levels of management. Finally, we are committed to increasing our members' understanding of aesthetic design and project execution through conventions and other educational outlets, ensuring excellence in real estate development.

Vision

Our Vision is to be a development organisation known for our unshakable dedication to honesty. With this commitment, we hope to earn the respect and trust of every participant in the real estate ecosystem. Our ultimate goal is to work collaboratively with the government to establish a surplus in housing availability. By doing so, we hope to lead the creation of strong urban infrastructure, promoting the development of critical skills. In order to achieve these goals, we intend to make a large and long-term contribution to the nation's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
